To craft Foaming Bath Salts all you need is any bath salt recipe. Adding liquid soap to your mixture will make this a perfect and unique bath blend. For this month I give you a standard bath salt recuipe you can use to make this great foaming bath.
Standard Bath Salts
1 cup Epsom Salts
1 cup Sea Salt or Kosher Salt
Foaming Bath Salts
1/4 cup liquid soap (Castile soap, or any unscented liquid soap will do)
2 cups any standard Bath Salts Blend
food grade coloring (optional)
essential oils
Add essential oils for scent and food coloring for color tot he liquid soap. About 2 to 6 drops of essential oil is all you need. Mix the soap with your salt and then
spread the mixture on a clean cookie sheet and allow it to air-dry completely. You
also may place the salts in a low temperature oven or food dehydrator. When
your salts are completely dry, pour them into an airtight
container.
To use: Add about 1/2 cup of bath salts
to your tub under running water. Store your salts in dry, airtight
containers.
