This is a great recipe for a hot day. You can add some chunks of cooked chicken to make this into a full meal salad.
Poppy Seed Salad
1/2 cup prepared BYP Poppy Seed Dressing
1/2 cup sour cream
4 cups fresh broccoli flowerets
3 cups fresh cauliflower flowerets
1 cup cubed Monterey Jack Cheese (4 ounces)
1 cup cubed cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
Combine poppy seed dressing and sour cream in a small bowl.
Combine vegetables and cheeses in a large bowl. Add Dressing; toss until well
mixed. Chill up to 6 hours. Makes 12 servings.
