Fennel and Rosemary Healing Tea
1 ½ cups water
½ tsp fennel seed, crushed
1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
Bring water to a boil, and add fennel seed and simmer for 10 min. Strain fennel water over the rosemary leaves in a heat-safe mug and step 5 minutes. Strain and sweeten with honey. Sip slowly while warm.
