Medical-style bath salts with essential oils are a great way to get the benefits of herbs into your bath soak without having to clean the bits of herbs from the sides of the tub, or needing to place the herbs into a bag. Remember essential oils are a direct extraction of the essence of the herb, so are highly concentrated and used only by the drop and always diluted into another medium, in this case the bath salts and ultimately the bath water.
