Love Thyself Tea

  • 2 parts hibiscus flowers
  • 1 part dried rose hips
  • 1 part chamomile
  •  ½ part cinnamon pieces

Blend ingredients and store in an airtight jar. To make:  Steep 1 tsp in hot water for 5–7 minutes.
