CHICKEN WITH MUSTARD CREAM SAUCE - Weekend Recipe

This recipe is so quick and simple to make, meaning you will not have to be in the kitchen for long to make this super dinner.  Serve with a side of rice and serve the sauce over both and it is spectacular.


CHICKEN WITH MUSTARD CREAM SAUCE
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves
2 Tbls. olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 Tbls. Dijon mustard
3 Tbls. Cream or sour cream
2 tsp. dried tarragon or oregano

Directions
Add olive oil to large skillet and preheat over medium-high heat.  Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Add chicken to skillet and sauté until cooked through, about 10 to 12 minutes, turning  once.  Transfer to a plate and keep warm. Pour chicken broth into hot skillet. Whisk in the cream, mustard and herbs.  Cook and stir for about 2 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
